When you look at Marcus, and compare the Marcus from the beginning of the book with the Marcus that we have now, there is a lot of difference to notice. His behaviour, his attitude, his self confidence and he has friends and is kind of happy with life. I enjoyed reading the book About a Book by Nick Hornby because it has a really interesting story that brings up a lot of question cause of the behaviour and problems of the persons. It was not as though he thought his dad should have bin around, but he could not have it both ways. Clive finally realises that he needs to become better in what he never started of being, a father for Marcus.
