Orphan Black Crazy Science #1 Cover A Ossio
Cosima was always one of my favorite clones, so it was nice to see more of her story and how she helped cure the other clones. Delphine and Cosima are my favorite couple from Orphan Black , even if their relationship started in a weird way. I think the redo of the first date is adorable. Delphine having Cosima teach her surfing is so cute. I like that Cosima and Delphine have the time to just sit down and get to know each other now. I also love that we get to see Krystal again. The drawings look very close to the actors and their characters.
I would highly recommend any Orphan Black fans with withdrawal symptoms pick up a copy of the Crazy Science story. Who knows, maybe our cries for more sestra content will make IDW release the rest of this series! Read Full Review. If you liked Orphan Black, youll definitely love this comic. Its a fun start to a series that will probably get much darker, if it parallels the show. Im not sure if youd understand the issue if you dont know the ending of the TV show already, but if youve seen Orphan Black and want more clone action, this is a fantastic comic for you. The run was cancelled after the initial printing of issue 1 so, even though 2 and 3 were planned, they might never make it to see the light of day, which sucks because Crazy Science had the makings of one hell of a banger.
The series is written by show creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson , with Jody Houser serving as co-writer; Szymon Kudranski provides the artwork for issues 1 and 2, while Cat Staggs and Alan Quah share art duties for issues 3- 5. The second limited series entitled Orphan Black: Helsinki began release in November and is also set to contain five issues. It is written by Fawcett and Manson alongside Heli Kennedy. Each issue offers a regular cover, a subscription variant, and a retailer incentive variant. It follows the character Veera Suominen, a Finnish clone who survived Topside's attempted kill order on a group of self-aware clones located in Helsinki. The third limited series entitled Orphan Black: Deviations was announced on December 20, and is slated to contain six issues, starting with a page premiere issue to be released in March
