Before This Is Over by Amanda Hickie
In the midst of a devastating epidemic, how far will a desperate mother go to keep her loved ones safe? There is a deadly virus spreading around the world. At first it is a distant alarm bell in the background of Hannahs comfortable suburban life. Then suddenly, it has arrived on the doorstep.
The virus traps Hannah, her husband, and their young sons in their city, then their neighborhood, and finally their own home. As a formerly idyllic backyard and quiet street become battlefields, fear and compassion collide. But what happens when their water supply is cut, and then the power, and the food supply dwindles?
Chilling and suspenseful, at once deeply personal and terrifying in its implications, Before This is Over invites us to imagine what a family must do to survive when pushed to the extreme.

A few days ago I noticed a bruise on my 3 week old's forearm. I kind of freaked out because I had no idea how she got it. I was thinking maybe I was too rough getting her dressed, or swaddling her even though I am super gentle. I felt awful thinking I did something to hurt her. This little girl is giving herself hickies!!!
It's a BOY! He did however suck on my arm near my wrist the other day while we were at the docotrs and he left a hicky on me! Log in. My account. Baby Registry. The Bump Baby Registry. Getting Pregnant.

Parenting is a never-ending job.
I'm back and ready to chat!
NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Breastfed babies may sometimes suck on their own themselves and the injuries should not be confused with signs of child abuse, and a forensic dentist confirmed that the bruises looked like the baby could.
Support , don't scold.
